YOGA FOR TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY

Backed by Carrick Institute neurologists, this yoga program combines proven medical rehabilitation for Traumatic Brain Injury with mediation and connected movement for those who have sustained head trauma or any neurological disorders.

Slow down on your mat with a more mediative yoga practice. This class is structured with a slower and gentler pace than a traditional vinyasa style.

VINYASA

Balance your physical and mental practice in this power vinyasa class. Whether you are new to yoga or trying to deepen your practice, this Vinyasa power yoga class will help you develop deep inner core muscles, increase your range of motion, and bring awareness to your mind and body.

PRENATAL

As your body changes, this class will help unlock your breath and stamina. Relieve anxiety and bring body awareness through a unique combination of meditative exercises, modified poses and passive stretches.
